SooBlu Boutique recommends that you place your orders with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a STORE CREDIT (This excludes all swimwear)

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED AS ON SALE, FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDER, OR PREORDER CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
All merchandise is shipped by SooBLU via USPS in the United States with a signiture confirmation. The cost of shipping is $9.00 on all Single Item orders + $2.99 for each additional item. All shipping charges are automatically added at checkout.
If you are not available to sign for your package at the time of delivery it will be taken to your local post office and you will receive a slip to pick it up
Additional shipping charges may apply if the item you order is unable to fit into the standard priority envelope (this applies to most footwear) Standard shipping for footwear is $9.99 unless otherwise posted.
Overnight shipping is available on any in stock items for $20.

In stock items ship immediately and usually take 2-4 business days to arrive. New items take 5-7 business days to ship. Preorder items will have an expected date for shipping listed with the item. SooBLU is not responsible for the actions of USPS and will not take responsibility for items once they have been dropped off to USPS.(BUSINESS DAYS EXLUDE SATURDAY/SUNDAY/AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS OR WHEN USPS IS CLOSED)
Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount if you do
not wish to wait for restocking or change your order to another item that is available.
If you order multiple items and one or more of them is a preorder item all items will be held until preorder item arrives and shipped together
If an out of stock item is ordered with other items and you choose to wait for restocking all other items will be shipped and you will receive your out of stock item when it arrives
Delivery Confirmation and tracking information is sent via email once package is shipped
If your item is taken back to your local post office and is not picked up the item will be returned to SooBLU after 15 days. Your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item only (will not be given credit for previous shipping cost). You can reorder using your store credit and pay for shipping again
Orders are not processed on the weekends/holiday. If you place an order on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday processing will begin on the next business day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges are done based on the availibility of an item. If it is not available and is being restocked you can wait for the item to become available again or you can be issued a store credit.
SooBLU has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that SooBLU determines does not meet these requirements.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items , SwimWear , Accessories, or handbags. Exchanges on all merchandise must be returned to SooBLU within 7 days of receipt. (Shipping Date ) if received after this date exchange will not be honored and item will be shipped back.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at email@example.com immediately. Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to address listed on package.

SooBLU Boutique does take special requests, however if you place a special request order ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE ON SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS (ie. if you request an item in a specific color or size other than what is offered on the website)
SooBLU Boutique offers wholesale options. If you would like to wholesale an item please send us an email with the items you would like as well as the quantity. Wholesale orders are for 6 or more of the same item.
Shoes are sold wholesale by the case only which consist of 12 pair or assorted sizes.
Once we have received your email we will respond with a price and a paypal invoice. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or they will be cancelled
